I thought, how much do we even know about our MC?
I just reread the chapters and it seems like we know:
He's living alone, because his parents are aboard, meaning he's living in his parents house.
We get his name in the first chapter.
And that he is working (probably part-time).

But other than that, do we know anything about his age, is he a student (high school or maybe even college?)
What about his social circles? (I mean we haven't seen him together with people from before the girls started moving in with him).
What about his parents, were they the ones who accepted Mia as an exchange student? (most likely since he's living in their house, but still...)
And also what about the girls? I don't think it's ever mentioned but I have this feeling like they are about 16-17 like high-school students or something like that - if then. should they not go to school or something similar?

If people has other questions they've thought about then it'd be cool if you'd share it here.
Also any theory (confirmed or uncomfirmed) about the above questions or any further questions would be very welcome

Darling is in his early 20's. 

 

No, his parents do not know he has the girls living with him. Miia was mistakenly dropped off at his house. And he has stated his parents would be surprised to find him living with the girls.

 

The girls are also in their 20's. Well...20-ish equivalent. Don't really know what their life cycle is like in terms of how fast they age.

Those are fair questions and I would like to know some of the unanswered ones myself as I am curious. ((No I am not being sarcastic. I actually think it would be interesting.)) It would give *cough* the plot some substance. Yup...

 

A lot of people do not understand the idea behind manga's like these.

Anyways I think its relevant to point out that this kind of void of a character is sometimes intentional. Basically to serve just as a proxy to bring in all the Moe/ecchi hotness and little else to help readers project themselves through the MC in these kinds of stories. Only with the exception to maybe add in some plot worthy traits/information/feats/whatever here and there to help keep the story going as needed. I am pretty sure this is one of those manga's rather you love them or hate them.

 

A good comparison to the point is his other work 12 Beast he has going on as well with monster girls. That MC is in complete contrast in this point. So there is very little doubt that it is intentional and we will not see very much of this MC.
