Maybe it's just me, but I think the girls Terumi conquers follow a certain pattern that heavily depends on Terumi himself. Let's look at every girl individually and how Terumi interacts with them.

1. Asahi: she is a prude on the outside, but secretly craves for sexual activities, as it becomes apparent with time. In his attempts to conquer her, Terumi attacks relentlessly, slowly crushing her defenses until she submits. (If they weren't interrupted, I'm sure he would've nailed her in her room.) He also believes Asahi to be the one for him.

2. Aoi: she is the aggressive type who prefers to be in control, but there is only one man she loves (her father). To bed her, Terumi puts up with everything she throws at him until he decides to lead an attack himself. Also, having discovered he had a lack of self-control, he was timid and scared of being alone with Aoi at first.

3. Hanada: she is a shy girl who is scared of men, but she still puts up with everything and everyone no matter what they do, acceptable stuff or not. With Terumi's help, she manages to solve this problem and learns to do what she actually wants (say 'no' when necessary). Terumi likes her a lot, thinking he actually loves her; he is clingy and very jealous of every other man who looks at Hanada. This conquest is successful because Hanada initiates.

4. Rokujou: she is the possessive type, clingy and jealous - everything you'd expect from a yandere. She claims to love Terumi, although it's debatable whether she truly understands what love is or not (Kaoruko believes Terumi hasn't captured her heart yet). Terumi doesn't do much this time, other than being by Rokujou's side when she wants, and he himself is unsure if what he feels for her is love.

See what I mean? The way Terumi acts with one girl closely resembles how the next girl will behave. If this is correct, it means the 5th girl will be as passive and uncertain of her feelings as Terumi is right now... and I'll also be very proud of myself and my awesome insight.

Also, if this pattern goes full circle, then when the time comes to conquer the final girl number 14, Terumi's behavior will be similar to Asahi's. Which is, denying it heavily and being disgusted by the other party's insisting actions, but secretly wanting the girl badly. Does this description remind you of someone? Who's the woman who makes Terumi feel this way? Kaoruko. (And it probably means Terumi will have to pull a Kaoruko repeatedly on the 13th girl.)

Your thesis is well thought out and has merit, I wonder if the original tale followed that pattern? However, you missed a girl between Aoi and Hanada, the girl that bullied Terumi when he was in school the one that probably forced him to wear girl clothes that he was in when Rokujou first met him.

He did, but technically he didn't as she isn't included in the 14 "conquests" so his theory still holds water.

This is a very good point. It did say earlier on that Hikari Genji was always questing after his own mother, and that Terumi has some sort of Oedipus Complex; so it would make sense for his aunt to take on that role...

The 5th girl is a loli... She's only 10 years old, so my prediction about the 5th target's behavior may turn out to be true, she'll be going with the flow and little else. Let's see how this unfolds.

And it looks like Shian is going to break that pattern, cause she acts like a moe imouto instead of timid and passive. But maybe Terumi will have to go after that glasses girl first, and she might be different...

Well, since Terumi isn't going after Shian yet, and the one to have sex with after Rokujou is Semi, it looks like I was correct. Semi isn't exactly in control of her love life and lets others (her man and now Terumi) do what they want. And she's still unsure if it's all right to do it with someone other than her boyfriend.

 

Terumi, on the other hand, is acting so confident and aggressive now... Is that how the 6th target will act, too? We'll see.
