I am wondering if Han Jee-Han(the main character) has a skill tree? Since he is like an RPG character, I was thinking that if he has a skill tree to help him develop more skills by using skills and leveling up or doing certain tasks to develop different or better versions of skills.

Presumably he might have something like it, as I would expect repeated use of skills will give him access to new ones... but at the same time his ability allows him to skip over steps in what are the "skill trees" for Acquired Ability users. After all the Yunhon Soul Recovery skill is supposed to require the Yunhon Spirit Technique, which was why the Chunbumoon members couldn't learn it, but Jee-Han skipped right past that step.

Of course no one else in the world would actually have a skill tree, since that's a Gamer ability, but then technically they don't have levels either.

So if he does have a skill tree, would that mean that he could get new skills? For example, the mana bolt skill could extend into different types of magic like offensive or supportive magic once the skill gets to a certain level?

He can have skill tree from different systems like:

  • Materia (from Final Fantasy VII)
  • Sphere Grid (from Final Fantasy X)
  • Tech Tree (hierarchical system, this is the most common system). This one have sequences of upgrades a player can take, by means of research. Let's say he got Lightning 1, to make into level 2, he need to level up his character level or level up the usage of Lightning until level 2. Or he can grind items and then use items to unlock some skill, similar with crafting system. This depends of system.

I'm sure we have other systems, where you can learn some skills faster by equipping it like in Final Fantasy IX without needing to learn it in normal way but you already know the systems are different depending from game.

Do I need to mention special skills like Limit Break, Trance and others from Final Fantasy and different special skills in others games? I'm sure he can have some special skills. To unlock this, I guess he need to meet some requirements he don't know he have. Don't know if the author have plans for the character get this kind of skill.

I think it's unlikely that he has a skill tree at this point.

The biggest evidence of this is the Chunbu Divine Technique. If any skill were going to have other skills as prerequisites, it would be that one. Instead it appears as though all he needs is to have 90 Int. He probably would have been able to learn it without learning the Inner Ki (he certainly was able to learn the Healing technique without knowing their Ki technique).
