Here's a list of ones I follow:
Questionable Content (great characters and plot)
Basic Instructions (comics about how to do mundane to crazy things)
Hejibits (weird but funny, great reaction faces)
Optipess (coloured funny, sometimes dark 4-komas)
Octopuns (puns, puns, horrible puns)
Romantically Apocalyptic (fantastic artwork, silly with some plot)
Brentalfloss (videogames humor, mostly)
Buttersafe (random and amusing humor, unexpected direction)
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal (varies from philosophy and sciences to silly, but almost always funny)
xkcd ("A webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language")
Cyanide & Happiness (dark and silly humor)
English webcomics

It's been building up for a while now.. and hopefully going to get somewhere by the end of the year.. but Grrl Power is pretty good (and it updates weekly.)
Also 'Great' (aka Kiwis by Beat, or anything done by him for that matter) is a must read.

I'm not sure if I have another one quite like that one.. umm.. maybe you'd like Monster Commute? He hasn't done any noteable updates for a while (which sucks) but the first couple arcs are entertaining. I've also heard good things about Captain Stupendous as well as Snow Flakes (both done by Zach Weiner, notable author of SMBC Comics)
P.S. Thank you for all the amazing work you do with Japanzai!
