Ever see something that just doesn't look quite right? What about the things glimpsed out of the corner of your eye? Ever stop to take a closer look? That's the kind of things you'll see in Fuan no Tane.

The author does a great job of raising goose bumps across you flesh. While most chapters are only two or three pages long, thaat only adds to the creepiness since there's no explaination for what's happening.

Not all of them are supernatural, but they can be just as unnerving. He also throws in the occasional bit of dark humor, such as...

...a sickle-wielding-zombie-ghost-thing who, upon realizing he's at the wrong house, turns and nonchalantly walks away (we all make mistakes, right?).

So find your favorite blankie, turn off the lights and get ready to relive your childhood nightmares!
