In any relationship, learn to listen. Pretty much the only relationships where listening skills are not valued are those guy-guy times when most what is said is busting your chops or pulling your chain. Even then, there may be times when one or more of those guys has something to say that's important enough for quality listening.

 

There's conversation as pass-time or play and conversation as communication. If the context is communication, listening is important.

 

edit: If you practice your listening skills whenever they are relevant, then they won't be atrophied when you really need them, such as a troubled relationship.

yeahh, creative in a sense that you make the receiver feel that you want him/her to die, XD

 i feel like love is a cycle, you like someone but they like someone else and that someone might like some else v.v  not saying you'll never be with the person you like but don't get your eyes set on one person and think their the only one in the world for you. i just wish a certain girl could read this and get a clue but she's dimwitted haha

When I can't stop thinking about them. Thoughts and wonders like they've eaten or not, what are they currently doing, are they having fun, etc. And even the smallest things remind me of them. "Oh this is the same type of pen they used" or "they told me they went to this restaurant before!", or "Ah, I think they will like this kind of thing."

 

When I immediately think of them when I'm happy/having fun; thinking "I wish they were here" but not in a sad, melancholy way, more like a "it'd be nice if the two of us can do this together!"

 

When I keep missing them. I keep wanting to see them. I keep wanting to hear their voice. I keep wanting to feel their presence by my side.

 

When being with them makes my heart race. But that doesn't matter; because I'd still feel comfortable despite the noisy heartbeat.

 

When I want to touch them. I want to feel their warmth.

 

When I want to see their happy face. I'll do what I can do to see their smile.

 

As you can see, the way I "love" is still.. um, immature? Haha.
