the trolling seems to be the fact that:
1. all characters are aware of who the baby father is,

2. they then mention kumagawa,

3. but Mogana herself denies that she saw him any time recently

 

of course, it takes about a year before a childbirth, so intentional troll is "when" she last saw him.
