[Commander Nerves]

Concerning Gakkou Gurashi I am enjoying this series very much. It truly has a unique twist to the "zombie genre". In fact it has made me consider this possibility, concerning the message ballons that were sent out in chapter six does anyone see the potiential hazzard left by Yuki's cute message "We are fine". Will their mesage be understood? Or would others come to them expecting help? Lastly wouldn't it be fun if several writers could make up story lines about potiential "rescures" who just happen to find the ballons. I do apologize if this is too many threads to put out at one time. This is my first time posting to this site.

When they sent those messages out, I assumed that the girl in the department store was going to get one - I thought that's what the whole thing was building up to.  I was a bit surprised that she didn't, but I'm glad too, just because that would've been a bit anticlimactic, since it seemed so obvious that that was what was going to happen.

 

So now the messages are just out there and the story's gone on.  It'd be a nice twist if one of them reappears much later in the series, after they've been mostly forgotten.

Well it looks like the pigeon "Arnault" had been flutering around the window of the new young lady that they rescued. Maybe she has his message? But that still leaves about six ballons with their messages. So the chances are good for other people to come onto the sceane. And you have to love the name of the pigeon, One of the young ladies makes the comment that maybe he will fly to America. This is in reference to "Arnold Schwarenneger". Yeah! Let's have some hero appear that loves to make references to his movies, that would be fun. By the way according to the first book there is supposed to be a layout of the school. I hope that gets translated as well.
