Yes.  It's been there for several months now.  When they cancelled the magazine Dengeki Daioh Genesis, they moved some of the series to Dengeki Daioh, some to a webcomic format, and the rest simply ended.  Unfortunately, the free webcomic raws are of such low resolution as to make them virtually unusable for scanlation.  In any case, we have good raws for chapter 3 (the last one published on paper).  Though the webcomic for this series started in May, there has not yet been another chapter . . . or at least not one visible without a subscription.

 

In chapter three, we get to meet Jirou's older sister Tarou.  Otherwise, it's more craziness.
