Bump. I would love a feature that enables me to hide a certain series from the latest releases page. I have a pretty bad memory and keep clicking on certain titles to check them out, only to realise I've already seen them and didn't like them. It would remove that annoyance and would make the page less cluttered. It would be like a reverse follow I guess.

Err... just pointing it out in case you didn't know: unless you've deleted all your cache and stuff, Grumpy implemented a feature where the comics you've already clicked on show up slightly grey (for example, notice the colours of the first and third comics' titles in this screenshot of my front page I just took). That way, you know which pages you'd already visited (and if they're not in your follows, you know you hadn't liked them).

I love this idea (for the same reason), it's the main reason that I still use adblock here.

When I use it to block the title, the thumb goes too, the chapters still show up tho.  Unfortunately I've blocked a few titles that I actually follow, so the chapters show up in My Follows but not the titles. (oops)

Bump from me as well, by Genre-combinations (preferred), Genre and/or Title.  I imagine there are a lot of us that feel like they have checked out every comic on Batoto in the Advanced Search of the genres they care about and so they are mainly looking at the new ones that come in.  For these people, who should not be named, who regularly click on the 'i' button of new comics and immediately back away when they see genres they don't like (never give it a chance and so never find the 'hidden gems' anyway), this feature would be really convenient.  Comics, like most things, can be separated into three categories: 1) Avoid, 2) Unsure and 3) Love.  Currently while fishing from the new stream of content I would like to be able to say 'let there be no Jellyfish in this stream' and in doing so I am more likely to find a hidden gem within the Unsure category instead missing them because there were too many Jellyfish.  Alternatively, if particular titles can be 'blacklisted' then we can avoid catching the same Jellyfish twice.  The previously mentioned colour differences in comics I have recently visited do not work long term (and are too subtle for me).  Someone also mentioned in this thread, that they would like to hide particular Genre-combinations, this would be even better.  This way you could say 'let there be no Jellyfish in this stream, unless there is comedy as well'.  Maybe the tags are not perfect and some 'hidden gems' will be missed, but for many it would be really helpful, and it would be up to the user to make proper use of this feature; you could even warn them of the downsides when they are setting it.  Cheers

3 1/2 year-old thread here, folks.......if you're actually expecting there to be any kind of changes/improvements made to this site you're just kidding yourselves.

Most of this is already implemented in a way: instead of browsing the frontpage use the advanced comic search.

For example what the OP wanted: exclude Yaoi/Yuri, order by last update descending, would look like this:

https://vatoto.com/search?genres=;e29;e31&genre_cond=and&order_cond=update&order=desc

Haha, I'm glad I can laugh about this, maybe others can laugh at me too:

I saw your reply ages ago when you first made it but never saw the link for what it could actually be used for: The difference with what I and the OP wanted was that I didn't need to go the extra steps to click through the advanced search every time, was what I thought, but hey if you bookmark the link then yeah...    I actually came back to this to say the same thing...      Please don't laugh too much though... :P
