I read all 30 chapters + prologue today in practically two sittings. As soon as I read the prologue i wanted to just put a post somewhere declaring its awesomeness. Seriously, this prologue uses in media res better than i've ever seen it done.

An extremely well-built Taejin is in the middle of a boxing match against his best friend and mentor and is remembering when he first kissed Jane and her explanation of why she fell in love with him. Her chair is empty, in contrast to the promise he remembers... I wasn't sure if i wanted to read Green Boy [despite the great ratings and reviews] because 1) I had no idea what the title was referring to, 2) the written premise didn't really give me an indication of what it was about so the one that formed in my head wasn't that intriguing and quite off [I thought it meant strongest delinquent or something thanks to all the other stereotypical comics].
So i decided to just try out a couple of chapters and BAM! The prologue, coupled from what little i had discerned from the premise, just grabbed me. Which is a bad thing because i have exams coming up
I mean, for you to be shown that he does get the girl eventually, even seeing the scene and circumstances in which it happens, and seeing part of his fight with his mentor at the start of the series...
And then the story begins at the beginning which could be years ago considering his change in physique.

I'm rambling, but really good use of what is usually an overused technique since Citizen Kane. You know you'll just be waiting for that locker room scene and student vs master match all the way and when it finally comes...

didnt see this topic on here before i made my own x.x. anyway my view on the prologue also brought up a ton of emotion to me(i didnt read it till about 100 chapters in anyway) but seeing that empty chair with the contrary promise really brings up some fears. I'm hoping it's just that she doesnt want to see two people she knows well beat the crap out of each other... if it's just that ill be really happy.... but judging by the way it was set up im really getting a bad feeling that jane might end up dying before we reach the ending T_T 

or maybe she just gets hospitalized..... pretty much anything other than the awesome romance being cut short by a tragic death will make me extremely happy.

Well this title's complete on Naver now, so if you wanted to peek ahead you can............the scanlations have stopped a couple of times in the past so I've been following it as well as I could with the Korean version for quite a while now. Your call as to if you want to look or not and how to interpret it.........this is the last (numbered) chapter..........though there were three epilogue chapters after it.

you are the devil incarnate XD. i spent 14 minutes hesitating till my hate of spoilers finally over ran my curiosity. closest i've ever been to willingly seeing a major spoiler :|. im just going to place my hope that the story wont have a major change like that, judging by the flow so far it shouldnt be anything more severe than a hospitalization, and judging by how it's been so far it hopefully wouldnt even be a negative reason.

so ill just keep a positive mood and wait it out lol

haha! oh, i understand entirely, thankfully mrjhwar and Frost have started scanlating this again, so yeah, i don't blame you for wanting to wait and read the "finished" product. We'll hope for the best.
