[JESUS IS LOVE]

Has anyone seen any similar manga, h or not, where characters are physically bound together and must live together at all times?

This is not the only manga like this, and I saw a similar shounen earlier about a boy and a girl who couldnt stop touching each other, because if they did one of them would die of a sicknesx. Usually they tied themselves together, peed together, and fought togegher (clumbsily). If I remember the title I will post it here.

i think you might mean "double arts"

try some in the "forced into a relationship" or "bound together" categories on baka i don't think it has any specific tags though i read one called b.shock ages ago it had some good parts if i remember similar "you separate you die" atmosphere ending was pretty rushed though could have used 2-3 more volumes.

similar deity relationship sort of maybe.. try Gan-Kon?

Mahou Tsukai Kurohime, this one is some what similar with the whole deity thing, maybe not the same but it has that "I can't live without you" feel in it

yeah, B-Shock comes to mind right off. the vast majority of it is very much along the lines you're talking about, with a good portion of the story where the MC's have to be physically tied to each other. It's actually very good, very, very funny. from the same author as  Hetakoi
