Hello, this is the first webcomic I tried to make. Drawings, Dialogues and story are pretty amateurish.

Just curious though, while I read a number of titles on mangamagazine, I didn't find your work here on Batoto yet. I know there's a number of other original, new author type works uploaded here, I hope you'll add yours to this site as well. I'm pretty sure you could if you wanted to.

My comic got mistaked with a manga with similar title, the contents of my comic were being uploaded to that manga all over the web.

So I had to change the title and get a new url id, here's the new address:

yeah, agreed, I liked it too. sad how many people who seem to get off on talking shit about people/whatever,  there are here in the online world.

 

I've always wondered if their manners got any better in the real world when there was actually  someone standing right in front of them who might just be willing to punch their teeth right down their throat for that kind of rudeness.

But, if you want to succeed as an artist, you have to be able to keep going while getting negative feedback. Every artist gets negative feedback, but it are those that can keep going after that that will succeed. So continue doing what you are doing, get better, and show them how its done.

One thing is certain: I should have worked harder on chapter 1, what's the point doing great chapters if the first one can't grab people's attention? Actually, the chapter cover for that chapter seemed to have the ability to grab people's attention but the contents/plot were just laughable, I'll have to rethink it out

well there you go, look at it as a constructive experience and you can build on it. that's probably pretty normal for most artists and other creative people.

Currently the chapter one is (still) being redone, hehe.

By the way, there's a warning I would like to send amateur artists that post their comics here: this website's comic index seems to be watched by several other websites that display manga chapters online such as animea, mangahere, mangafox and many, many others. Those websites list professional mangas and are starving for more content, so they simply add any new titles that appear around here, amateur or not. Result: Your amateur comic gets listed next to professional titles on hundreds of websites and it will get harsh comments from people who aren't used to read not so great looking comics, even if it's for free!

It happened to me and I didn't like it a single bit, getting your contents removed from those websites is nearly impossible, so think carefully before uploading your comic.
