[Acerbic Lolock]

I uploaded a chapter for the manga Blood Lad, and the upload was deleted.

 

However, later on, someone else uploaded the same chapter, and the upload stayed. I am pretty sure I uploaded the right chapter.

 

Is there certain criteria that is put in place for the uploads? Do I have to apply to be contributor to upload without it being deleted?

There is no real criteria regarding who uploads it, unless the group specifically says that only their members are allowed to upload or something similar.

 

It could have been that your chapter was on moderation list waiting to be moderated and in the meanwhile someone else with contributor status uploaded, so it ended up in your chapter being deleted because the one from contributor was automatically approved.

If not, then your upload shouldnt be deleted, unless there was something wrong with it(which I dont know, I was not the one who removed it).

The person who uploaded it was a Member. So I don't know what was wrong.

 

The group's delay policies don't say anything.

Well mabye its like this,

I also wanted to upload Blood Lad when Vistrans first released it on his site, but I looked at his group info page (here on batoto) and it said "Delay 12 month (or so, something very long at least so I didnt bother uploading it) except uploaded by viscoun" (now it got edited by someone). But I visited Viscouns' site later again and there, the one, who uploaded Blood lad to batoto, got sort of permission (in the comments section)

About the delay policy, it was there when I wanted to upload it, I guess someone changed it.

Did it? Never saw that one. Can't think of a reason either.
