We'll need to wait for the admin to manually approve your account. Sorry for the inconvenience.Accounts are not supposed to be manually approved by an administrator. One the exception I am aware of is account suspected of being created for spamming purposes. I believe your best option is to muster some patience and wait for a little longer for Grumpy to fix your account.
