I saw the anime not too long ago and I just found this manga, so i would like to know if there are many diferences with the story in the anime, and if i have to read the manga from the begining to understand it better or if i can do it since the last chapters of the manga.

Not much really, details, the anime is actually better in this case as it's pace it's better and... well, it's animated xD Chapters 26 & 27 aren't in the anime and the translated manga it's only at 29 so can't say for sure, but up to now it's not worth read the manga if you watched the anime for anything but to enjoy it ^^
