Seriously, there hasn't been a new chapter in ages, so I'm assuming it's on break... any idea when it'll be back?

It is on break.

 

Claudia at  EGS made a post on their TAL forum that "season 1 ends with chapter 94" and "the author is taking a break to prepare for season 2"

 

So, no telling. Seems like when that happened with Crepuscule it was 60 days, when it happened with Kubera it was 6 months.

Yes. Kang Im is on break and had said that Season 2 may come up this month or the next.
