I'm looking for this movie, I forgot the title though but I watched it in the 90's where the plot is

 

Men is very low in numbers and over populated by Female, the female control everything and men are treated as 2nd class citizens and some sort of rebellion happened. I was fairly young so everything is a blur to me.

Can you give a bit more information? I've seen over a hundred dystopian films and nooothing seems to hit me.The year you saw it would probably help a lot.
