According to Powha, Friendship Scans released more chapters. They sure are busy... Happy b-day to them and EGS.

Yeah, another 50 chapters from Friendship Scans are on delay, so about 100 chapters between them and Easy Going.

EGScans release 50 chapters or so. All of them are invisible for the users, because they (the chapters) are on 24h delay and that's how Batoto works. So basically you have a whole page of invisible stuff, which gives the false impression that the site is broken. It will all be fine in ~20h.

ahem, could you fix the script, because as i can see, trouble is that you are trying to fill the list with the *invisible* chapters, so just filter those, and show older ones, till invisibles become visible. Script should follow the principles of 24 hours delay, and now it does not do it. From quoted part i got some murky impression that scanlators/uploaders are guilty in some way, and think that it should not be the truth.

Btw, for some reason, when i go to Forums as nonregistered user, i have doubled fields in upper tab with options *Members* and *Forums*, but that not is such problem as a invisible list of newer releases.

I am not trying anything, the site just does/did something strange and unexpected, which is a direct consequence of the huge amount of delayed chapters released in the last 24h. I cannot say anything more, because I myself do not even see those chapters. I can solely (mis)quote what was told to me by other people of the staff. Hopefully I can set you at rest by telling you that Grumpy is currently working on the problem.

Damn, sorry for the slow response. 

 

Normally when something goes wrong, I usually find myself a dozen emails or texts, but not a single one today. lol Maybe it was due to supposed maintenance announcement.

And only got here now (relatively speaking...).

 

The issue has been fixed. I didn't realize I actually left the chapter counter starting at unapproved chapters.

The scanlators/uploaders are not guilty for this problem. They are merely a reason that this problem appeared, which is a good thing since it can get fixed now(hopefully).

 

The double "Members" and "Forum" only appear on the IP.Boad theme, which is not really supported.

Just in case you were not aware, the new "my follows" page also seems prone to the same issue (I do follow some comics from egscans). The first page shows no releases, but subsequent pages do have them.
