Well like the title says is this really a harem, I only read like 5 chapters or is one of those mangas where he is surrounded by girls but only of them has any feeling towards the MC??
If this is a harem harem could you tell me the girls that belong to it and other relashionships that happen in it

There's two kinds of harem manga.
1) Harem, the plot is just an add-on
2) Plot, the harem is an add-on
This comes in category-two. This is not a harem focused story. While multiple girls fall in love with the MC, the plot actually progresses without stressing or losing plot for the sake of harem. So no, it's not a harem-harem story like to love-ru.
(If memory serves right) the harem girls are:
Little sister - She's somewhat of a tsundere, she looks forward to dates with her big brother (unsuccessfully)
"Childhood friend" - Not really one, but fell in love with MC, for reasons unknown to even CERN and NASA scientists
Love interest - Android, slightly "normal", but there's weird moments that happen, best understood/explained if and when you read it.
Pet cat - Yandere
Yeah... I think that's about it. Unless I missed something

If that´s true that´s kinda sad... Well let´s see what happens I might wait for the end and the see some reactions before picking it up again
