If you take away the creepy love Hilda has for Beel (Him being her "Prince" because she switches between her two personalities because of a kiss with him should be enough to qualify as creepy) than definitely her. And I don't mean her other personality, I mean normal Hilda, and as I said, minus how she feels about Beel.
Otherwise it'd be Aoi, because the fact that Beel>Everything with Hilda kinda destroys any kind of relationship. Aoi, in general, is a better all-around girlfriend, while Hilda has a more particular niche.
