The plot is interesting enough, but each individual chapter is too short. Even if they were crammed together, there isn't much story involved, so it won't be too interesting without the erotic scenes. But even so,the story is borderline hentai, so they'd have to consider to make this an actual hentai or just a late night anime.

A hentai would just ruin the manga and well an anime... I think you shouldnt adapt everythimg into one. Also I cant imagine how they'd adapt the drawing style

I don't think it'd be a good anime or hentai. As it is its really awesome. The drawings are great and the story is interesting. If it were an anime/hentai it would either concentrate on being a long running anime (which would ruin the sexual moments of the show) or on being really good fapping material ( which would stress on the very little sex scenes that are available at the moment)

Well there are things like OVAs that are shorter than a season on TV. But it would require the whole story to be enough for animation IMO. And a good team to portray everything just right. So I'd say it's possible to have a good animu, but very unlikely.

In my opinion making an anime wouldn't work as the chapters are very short and most of the text in the manga are his thoughts which would make it hard to be shown in the anime. As Ynot215 said the H-parts are going to be a turn off. I suppose it's better to just leave it as a manga rather than giving it an anime adaption.

I think this would be amazing as an eroge, cause we keep the dialogue and hopefully the art too.  with some really good seiyuu's this would be a huge hit.
