Hello. I am KelpTheGreat, AKA The_Mighty_KELP. You may call me Kelp. I've been around for a while now, but I'm not really a big forum-ite. I may change that at some point.

I am an editor/proofreader with Village-Idiot Scanlations, or Viscans for short. You can see a list of what I work on on my profile.

My biggest interests are gaming, manga, music, language, and psychology. My MBTI is INTP. I play the French Horn, trumpet, and piano, and have been playing since I was 10 (I'm 22 now). I have played in several bands from middle school into college, one of which has won multiple trophies at the high school state competition level. I have sung bass and baritone parts in several choirs, including Chamber, Jazz, and Gospel.

My favorite games (and series) include Castlevania, Metroid, Zelda, Half-life, Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Neverwinter Nights, StarCraft, WarCraft, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, and many, many others. Gaming is basically the #1 thing I do.

My favorite manga series are Dramacon, Yotsuba&!, Eyeshield 21, Shaman King, One Piece, Full Metal Alchemist, Death Note, Ouran High School Host Club, Skip Beat, Air Gear, Team Medical Dragon, Sun-Ken Rock, Blackjack, Gunslinger Girl, Gamble Fish, Toradora, Honeymoon Salad, Imadoki, and many, many others.

I'm quite friendly and helpful, and have a really good sense of humor. I'm not that great at interacting with others in real life, though I do enjoy it. I like talking about myself in places like this because I so rarely get to do so in real life.

I've only read one other series by Watase-san. Think it was Fushigi Yugi, or Absolute Boyfriend. Maybe both. I don't remember liking it as much.
