First to look through a little was Gundam Wing (I was a fanboy).
First to really read was Naruto.

Naruto. was interesting for the first 100 chapters but then I got sick of it \o/
I do have to thank it for getting me into manga in the first place though (but I haven't really been reading lately)
Either Dragon Ball or Doraemon. Can't remember which one I read first.
Its been like what, 15 years or possible more if we're talking about the first time I touched a manga.

...Actually? Rayearth. And then Sailor Moon.
And now I read every genre except (non-slashy) sports.

Actual manga would be Akira, however, many years before that I watched Space Battleship Yamato, even furthur back would only be 2000ad, so not strictly manga,
First I ever read was either Dragon Ball or Love Hina...
First manga read to completion was Rurouni Kenshin
Dragon Ball
At the time, I didn't even know what a manga was.
Lol, now I'm reminded that I usually thought that manga was worse than anime (or rather somewhat stupid) during my first time watching Naruto.
