My guess is she thought about rejecting him eventhough she doesn't want to but after kissing him her feelings became so overwhelming that she wanted to go all the way with Molester but even after having sex with him she was still concerned about Loli. I am a lttle skeptical about Kansai not being a virgin though. Molestor assumed she is not a virgin but he also said she was very tight for not being a virgin and she was in pain the whole time.
