Age of consent in Sweden is fifteen. So I'd say yes. The age gap isn't even that big.

I accidentally hit on a girl who was sixteen when I was 25. Now that's a little more iffy, morally speaking, even though I didn't know her age at the time.

I did some research and as it turns out, it actually isn't. There are a few exceptions around the world, but most countries consider 16 yrs still a child.
