Can't find/remember oneshot

I cant remember the title of this oneshot ( i guess) of a little girl who is preparing to walk with her parents, so she tries several outfits and can't decide with one she goes with, her father arrives, and he is a dinossaur, the girl decide to wear a dress  but still cant settle on with shoe. Finally they go for a walk, they encounter a neighbor who is walking a dog, the neighbor , a woman if i remember correctly compliment the little girl and her clothes, the dog starts to bark to the dinossaur/dad. After that the girl see something in some bushes, her eyes kinda sparkles , she attacks the bush, with allows us to see that she have a tail or maybe the tail was shown before when she plays with the dog and both swing their tails in happiness or she swings her tail when complimented, i cant remenber correctly,but anyways she atack a lizard in the bush ruining her dress but cacthing the lizard.
anyone have seen this manga and knows the name.
