Feldine, the scientists' sanctuary, is under heavy siege. Reinforcements are sent from Nibel, but the town guards would still need to hold the enemy off.

Rachel (10 CP) - ALIVE A dead Anima brought back to life by the Mad Scientists of Feldine. She is not programmed to understand human emotion, so communicating with her can be pretty difficult. The foot soldiers agreed that she's best described as a 'Human Tank'. Feats: TBA 3. Kas (13 CP) - ALIVE Retired special ops who opted to rejoin the war as an Anima after realizing that Etranger hunting is the best retirement plan for him. Uses fist of steel as a preferred method of Etranger bashing.

Vici (12 CP) - ALIVE A youngster who made a name for himself as a righteous vigilante in the forgotten town of Dulcin. Is a bit of an ass. Uses chain and shotgun as a preferred method of Etranger hunting. 3. Nero (10 CP) - ALIVE An ex-rockstar who traded his guitar for a sword almost literally. Except he doesn't use any sword. Uses HGE string to do almost anything: from making beautiful tunes to cutting Etrangers into ribbons. 4. F-216 (12 CP) - ALIVE A silent warrior who loves bloodshed more than anything else. She is rumored to be a product of a mad scientist's experiment, but there is no way of confirming it since her documents were somehow missing. Uses her favourite double-edged staff to butcher Etrangers. Feats: TBA 5. Dio (10 CP) - ALIVE Young soldier who suffers from guilt complex. His friends jokingly nicknamed him 'Chicken Wing' for his unusual ability to grow wings on his back. Uses scythe as his preferred weapon when hunting for ets. Is also a decent sniper. Feats: TBA 6. Noix (14 CP) - ALIVE Mysterious Anima who claims to be a Planeswalker, the special breed known for their insane ability to adapt to their second hearts. They're said to be strong enough to stay alive for a prolonged time in the Etranger-infested upper world, hence the nickname. She's a bit of a looney, so it might not be a wise idea to stay around her for too long. Uses automatons to do the dirty work for her. Feats: TBA 7. Canaan (11 CP) - ALIVE Relatively young Anima who certainly does not act his age. He's silent as a rock, big as a rock, and tough like a rock. He likes the nickname 'Titan', but in truth 'Rock' is his more popular nickname. Not that he'd listen, though. He likes the former nickname too much. Uses a giant sword to cleave Ets in two. Feats: TBA 8. Mary Eights (15 CP) - ALIVE A beauty, a genius, and a nigh-unkillable combatant; she is what many women inspire to be. Her only downfall, if you could call it that, is that she's Mad. Mad in her experiment, mad in her way of fighting, and mad in her daily life. Her best friend is an Et-detecting lizard, that should say a lot about her personality. Uses explosives to accompany her madness on the battlefield. Feats: TBA

Kas is a driven individual with a steel bound willpower, which is often mistaken as stubbornness. He is an optimist at heart, though he often hides this under a layer of healthy cynicism bourne from age. Around people he is easy going enjoying the company, something he values especially after all these years of seeing his friends die. He does have adrenaline seeking tendencies somewhat balanced by a respect for risks which can only be learned by experience.
Though his years at war have not left him completely emotionally unscathed, having become somewhat desensitized to violence and death, along with his pragmatic nature, can make him come off as cruel at times, often in conflict with his own people liking nature. He does suffer heavily from survivor's guilt, and it is something he battles every waking moment...
Bio:
If one ever saw Kas during his younger days no one would have predicted that he would become the disgruntled scrapper he would become in the future. He was a slight bookish boy, tall and lithe in build. He had a reserved tone, only his eyes gave a hint to his core nature, they glowed with the embers of a willpower and drive that is rare. In the future it would be due this that he would survive where many wouldn’t, for better or for worse
If the circumstances had been different, he might have become someone else, possibly a doctor. Yet his fate was defined by that moment, that day when the fragile security that he and many within Feledine shared. Everything was reduced to rubble within a year, torn away and trampled under the the feet of a horde of etrangers. Everything that mattered to him reduced to dust, everyone he knew skulls littering the wasted soil. Only he survived where others did not, and he cursed himself and the etrangers for it.
Having nothing to lose, he threw himself into the army. He wasn't an outstanding fighter, nor was he an excellent tactician, though he would become both in time. The one thing he had was an outstanding tenacity, he would keep on going where others fell, he would remain standing where others would collapse. It was only natural he was in the rearguard. Over the years he would fight in one lost cause after the other, victories few and fleeting. He would lose many friends , brothers, sisters to the fires of war. Still he continued to fight, each death, each life, each sacrifice only giving him more of a reason to keep on fighting.Slowly but surely turning into the warrior he was fated to become
Later in his career he joined, the special op corps of the ground forces called the Wolf Pack. The Wolf Pack’s usual modus operandi is to send out small teams of operatives ranging from one to three member teams, to enact surgical strikes deep into enemy territory. These were missions far too risky to send in anima, yet perfectly suited for a mundane yet highly skilled personnel like Kshatriya. Another reason was that the lack of second hearts would set make them far less likely to be detected by the Etrangers, at least until the bullets began to fly.
The missions were the kind where no was ever really expected return back. Nevertheless return he did, often with dog tags of his brothers in arms.It was around this time that stories and rumors of Codename Iron Wolf of the Wofl Pack began to spread throught the forces in hushed whispers, surely it was impossible for one the Wolves to actually come back alive and that from this many missions, maybe the Iron Wolf was some kind of new weapon, etc.
In the end it wasn’t the etrangers that put Kshatriya out of commission, it was age, albeit unfairly he was to be retired to a command position, termed unfit for battle. Kas was definitely fit for battle, he wanted he no longer could live anywhere else but the battlefield. In an effort to return to the frontline he entered the Golem program, an effort to implant a slightly modified second heart into veteran human soldiers, though at a much higher risk of failure of the operation. Yet once again he survived another battle this time on the operating table, and barely by the skin of his teeth.
With his second heart he was moved in the Anima regiments, his power only enunciating his uncanny ability to survive and becoming truly one of the most fearsome frontline warriors, although not the most powerful Anima, combined with his years of experience and combat prowess developed over years of blood curdling battle, only the Enemy knows the horror from the Howl of the Iron Wolf.

However transfer is not perfect and not all the energy can be converted, the efficiency is tied to the compatibility stat[Cast:2]

Personality: Kind and caring, Janet is open and affectionate towards everyone she meets. Scorch on the other hand is a ruthless warrior, hell-bent on ending the alien invasion with her own two hands, feet and head, going out of her way to hunt down ever last etranger she can find.
Biography: Originally a soldier, Janet was forced to retire after loosing the use of her lower body in a skirmish with etrangers. One of the few to survive that battle, she was offered a teaching position at one of the academies in hopes that her knowledge and tactics could save even more lives in the future.
Thirty years later, Janet was approached with an offer that seemed almost too good to be true. They could give her back the use of her arms and legs, and the power to take the fight to the etrangers -- how could she refuse.
When all was said and done, Janet could walk again and more. Now she could stand toe-to-claw with beasts ravaging her world, saving lives in a way she never could as a teacher. Now she could watch over her students on the battlefield, these men and women she now considered her family.

Name: Vici Nyx Gender: Male Theme: Aesop Rock - None Shall Pass (Or...) Age: 32 Frozen Age: 24 Origin: Garm V Bernard Personality: Vici has the sort of personality that is kind of polarizing to some people. On one hand he is incredibly loyal and selfless, but on the other he can also be very cocky and smug. You either love him or you hate him. Bio: Vici grew up as the son of a military officer and a small time farmer in the town of Dulcin, and he lived a fairly normal life, albeit a bit strict, but that was to be expected with a military officer for a mother. Despite the harsh lessons his mother often taught him, Vici never took for granted the life he had; he knew very well that in a time of war, he should just be happy to have food, let alone loving parents that educated him, both in academics and self-defense. Of course, there was little this knowledge could do for him when the news of his mother's death in the fighting against the Etrangers drove his father to suicide. Vici was seventeen at the time of his mothers death, and he watched for the next two years as his father began to neglect the crops (what little they could grow in the first place) and wither. Vici tried reasoning, but one day he looked into his father's eyes and saw nothing was there. The loss of the love of his life had caused his father to completely shut down. Although he feared it would happen eventually, Vici couldn't keep an eye on his father at all times. If he did, who would work the crops and bring food to the table? Vici returned home to a corpse dangling from the roof of his home. Two years later, Vici was living on the streets of Dulcin. The city had lost contact with the central government and had been separated from the capital and any other supply lines by Etrangers. The city had fallen into chaos, the streets were ruled by gangs, one of which had drove Vici out of his home by systematic destruction of his crops, and then when he left to defend his crops, they trashed his house. Something triggered in nineteen year old Vici when he witnessed one too many innocents injured or killed as a result of the gang violence. Vici overthrew one of the smaller gangs that held relatively little territory and gathered to him innocents who had been wronged. People who took to Vici's cause of restoring Dulcin to a suitable home. Vici's ranks of vigilantes grew rapidly and eventually re-took the city after crushing the gangs through a combination of Vici's skill at arms and the administrative skills of the former politicians and their families. Vici allowed the old political leaders to retake their positions, and they swiftly began working to restore the infrastructure of the town to a sustainable level. Vici took up the self-created mantle of "Peacekeeper" and worked with a small group of vigilante volunteers to maintain the safety they had fought so hard for (Of course, putting himself on the front lines was a conscious decision; Vici enjoys the thrill of a good fight and would like nothing more than to crush any gang resurgences). Unfortunately, the resources around Dulcin had been drained too much, and sustaining was impossible, so the people of Dulcin were forced to either waste away, or attempt a convoy to the capital. The convoy was chosen, and though they did eventually reach one of the greater cities, many lives were lost in the journey. The once decently populated city of Dulcin had been cut to a mere 1/5 of it's original population over the years from the gang war to the convoy. Vici was sought out by central military recruiters after hearing of his martial prowess and role in saving what little of Dulcin he could. They presented to him his mother's lever-action shotgun, with her name still etched into the barrel: "Terra Nyx". Vici eventually accepted their offer, and was promptly sent off to the new experimental Anima program on his twenty-fourth birthday. Name: F-216 Age: 89 yrs. Gender: Female Frozen Age: 29 yrs. Origin: Ayesagawa Fei, Personality Cold and impassive. She likes following orders only if they involve wholesale slaughter and war. Can be easily considered a war-monger, her personality changes on the battlefield to that of a berserker. Putting herself in extreme risk to reap the maximum satisfaction from killing the Ets. Biography: A botched project or a work of a madman, no one will ever know about the origins of F-216 because her dossiers and past is buried with the debris of Fiori, a city known more for its mad scientists than anything of value. Of the countless orphans that scampered its underbelly, it is believed that F-216 was one of the guinea pigs for the Fei gene research. Certainly, no one would have willingly agreed to give themselves to such things thus orphans were the obvious choice. Many have speculated about her name and all the guesses more or less hold equal weight because of her silence. She is not known to interact with people outside of the battlefield and even then, those that she talks to are very rare. Her cold aura further alienates others from approaching her as does her rampant bloodlust. There have been rumors about her heroics on the battlefield and with each mission she grows more distant, a mystique shrouding her reclusive presence and her legend cemented by the brutality that unfolds from the scenes she had been on. The keep all to yourself kind of guy that prefer to do things in his own way. Deep down inside, he puts great importance of the people he knows.
Biography:
An orphan since a tender age of 6 after his parents were killed by ets, he spent most of his younger day in orpanage. Getting out of the orphanage and living on the street make his personality much harsh than it was. It wont be long until he joined the patrol squad of Schala which eventually get obliterated by a horde of ets. As a sole survivor of his team, he only managed to survive after being turned to an anima defying his own will.
Dreaded by his survivor guilt and anger toward the ets. He decided to live his life as an anima to ensure no one has to suffer by the hands of ets and human alike.

History:
This is the tale of a little girl and her Brave Knight.
There was once a little girl that lived happily with her Brave Knight, she was living in a Shiny Fortress.
She would smile when her Knight cooked for her.
She would smile when her Knight read with her.
She would smile when her Knight laughed.
She would smile even if her Knight argued.
Yes, that little girl would always smile, She was truly happy.
One unusual day, Demons entered her shining castle. Their big crimson eyes were staring at the little girl, with their big and grotesque claws.
The Knight stood in front of the Demons, he was protecting the little girl from them.
The Little girl's heart pounded as her Brave Knight fought for her sake, She wanted her Brave Knight to win.
But the Demons proved themselves stronger, and defeated the Brave Knight.
As the Knight was laying unconcious, the Little Girl was crying out his name, but the demons didn't stop there.
The Demons grabbed the little girl as she desperately called for her Brave Knight, but there was no response.
The Demons tossed the Little girl in a dungeon.
As the Little girl looked around, there was nothing in that place, only darkness and silence. But she could distinguish crimson eyes that were staring at her in the end of the void.
She started to call out for her Brave Knight, but there was no response, there was only silence.
Eventually, the Little girl stood up and started to search for a way to return to her shining castle, the Crimson eyes were still staring at her.
She kept calling for her Brave Knight, but there was still no response.
Eventually, the Little girl found a ray of light in that sea of darkness. As she tried to approach it, she noticed she was being grabbed.
She turned around and there he was, her Brave Knight. He was standing there, staring at her with a smile.
The Little Girl with tears of joy in her face, asked her Brave Knight to come with her. But there was silence.
As the Little girl tried to grab the Brave Knight with her, she noticed that the Brave Knight was being held.
Multiple claws were grabbing the Brave Knight's feet, and behind his back the Little girl noticed dark silhouttes.
She couldn't distinguish anything from them, except those Crimson big eyes.
Those things were grabbing the Brave Knight, He was still staring at the Little girl with a smile on his face.
Those things were dragging the Brave Knight to that darkness, the little girl tried to pull him back, but she too was being dragged.
The Little girl cried as she tried to pull the Brave Knight, but she noticed something odd.
His face, the Brave Knights face was starting to lose its colors, it was starting to become white.
His Eyes were starting to lose their bright.
His hair was starting to decay.
His Arms were starting to crumble.
Desperate, she let go of her Brave Knight and hurried to where the light was.
As she appraoched the light, she started to notice that endless realm was ending.
As she felt her conciousness was fading away, she turned around once more.
The Dark silhouttes were dragging the Brave Knight with them to that darkness.
Its face was completely blank, it didn't have any colors, almost like an unfinished picture.
As the Little girl was losing her vision by that light, the Brave Knight was lost in that sea of darkness.
The Little girl woke up from her strange dream, she was inside a Fortress.
The little girl was surrounded by multiple knights, their faces were blank.
One Knight grabbed the arm of the Little girl, but the Little girl was searching for someone else.
One Knight stood in front of her and checked her eyes, but the Little girl was searching for someone else.
One Knight asked her questions, The Little girl didn't reply as she was searching for someone else.
Then laying in a corner, the Little girl found what was she looking for.
There were pieces scathered, and below them there was an armor.
The Little girl touched the armor, suddenly the armor stood up in front of her.
It was her Brave Knight.
Suddenly, the other Knights changed to the form of demons, but the Little girl wasn't scared.
As the Demons approached the Little girl, her Brave Knight stood in front of them once more.
The Little girl's pounded as her Brave Knight fought for her sake, She wanted her Brave Knight to win.
As her Brave Knight fought the demons, the Little girl noticed another set of armor, this one smaller than the first.
The Little girl touched the armor once more, and it stood up, It was another Brave Knight.
The little girl then looked at the Demons, their form changed, they became more grotesque, but the Little girl wasn't scared, she had her Brave Knights protecting her. She would always have her Brave Knights protecting her.
Eventually, The Little girl escaped the Castle, her Brave Knights managed to protect her from the demons. Now the Little girl was alone in an open world, looking to reach her shining castle, but she knew her brave knights would return to her when needed.
In one of the trials to search the Shining castle, the Little girl crossed paths with a person, this person approached the little girl desperately and hugged her, but the little girl was confused, she didn't know who it was, all she saw was a knight with a blank face. But the Little girl wasn't scared, she called for her Brave Knight. Magically the Brave Knight appeared and stood in front of the faceless knight.
There was once a little girl that lived happily with her Brave Knight, she was looking for her Shiny Fortress.
She would smile when her Brave Knight dragged her from the faceless Knight.

"D-R", an experiment made by the Council of Advacement, It's purpose was to create a natural-born Anima, with the purpose to strenghten the compatibility of William's second heart with the subject. The subject's main supervisor was kyouma hououin, they were located in a closed off facility equiped with multiple machinery that would protect the experiment, and if needed, terminate the subject if it went out of control.
Initially records indicated stability of the subjects vital-signs and mental response. Big improvement of the subjects control over William's second heart, showing even new capabilities that surpassed expectations. But as the subject gained more control over Williams Heart, it showed a drastic change to the way it interacted with the rest of the staff, even with its supervisor.
And then that incident happened.
Nothing is known to what made the subject to change its behavior, whether it was William's influence, or a third party, but it is unknown how and when the subject managed to extends its control over machines as well. By creating small extensions from its own body, it allowed the subject to manipulate all the machinery inside the building. The Machines, being controlled eliminated all the staff that was involved with the project "D-R". The Main supervisor, kyouma hououin was missing months later after the incident.
The Experiment was stopped shortly after that, but the Subject still remains active, it's reasoning has been unpredictable, but it is know that the Subject, or rather "D-Reaper" has been participating in operations against the Etrangers. Take extreme caution.
Equipment:
Automatons: Noix's Main weaponry she brings to the battefield, with her Second Heart ability, she can easily form a link with the Black Cords, allowing her to control them perfectly. The Automatons can be used effectively against the Etranglers, as they possess quick reflexes that rivals the ones of a regular soldier. The Automatons possess 2 modes in battle. The First is directly linked with Clarisse's black cords, being synched with Clarisse's thoughts, allowing a perfect coordination between the 2. The Second is a Remote input by their AI, Clarisse can inject HGE directly to the Automaton, acting as battery fuel that allows the machine to act without being connected to Clarisse, this however, lasts until the HGE runs out from the Automaton, then the machine becomes completely emotionless.
Noix currently possess 2 Automatons:
Automaton Model D-A1 "Kyoma" : This Automaton possess a giant HGE Rifle which it is suited for Mid and Long range combat, the Automaton possesses a blade on its left arm which is used for close combat. This Automaton is Noix's primordial weapon.
Automaton Model D-A7 " ": An Automaton with the form of a dog, used gather information and deliver messages, not suited for combat.
Second Heart Skills:
-The Virtual Plague [Level 2]: Noix's second heart allows her to control machinery by creating black cords from her body; by injecting her own HGE into them, she can also give them a temporal battery, able to manipulate them without being connected to them. In the same fashion, she can connect to humans and Ets to gather information, Humans, whether alive or dead are easier and don't affect much her Second Heart, Connecting to Ets may overload her Second Heart. If the target is dead she can only gather information of the events of 5 minutes before their death.
By increasing this skill, the danger on connecting to Ets is reduced as well.
-Cyber Body [Level 1]: Noix is able to use the parts of machines to empower her automatons or herself for a short amount of time. Her body constitution allows her to make certain weapons a part of her body for a short amount of time.
Additionally, once this skill reaches the set level by the GM, Noix may be able to merge with her Automatons or Machines to increase her lethality drastically for a short time.
- Automaton Control [Level 2]: The ability to materialize and define the overall capabilities of Noix's automatons (AI, Power output, efficiency of handmade automatons),this skill allows her to create small automatons by gathering the necessary parts (such as Motherboard, power output, weapons)

He can be best described as a mute, though he is able to speak, he chooses not to. Unless encouraged to be a certain situation, he speaks very little and resorts to expressing things through body language and facial expressions. He usually comes off as cold and detached sometimes. Canaan also keeps his emotions in check and maintains a fearless attitude.
Biography:
Canaan is an imposing figure, standing at 6'7 with strange looking eyes that gives off a bit of an intimidating vibe, which adds to the fact that he hardly speaks at all. There is very little he's able to remember before the time he chose to become an anima. He could recall images of what he assumed his parents to look like but nothing about the kind of people they were or the things they done. However, one of the things he's able to recall from that time, was what made him choose to this life and it was quite a simple one. Well, It's not exactly an recollection as was it an excuse to become one. To him, he thought it was rather irritating to simply hide away and do nothing as everyone cowered in fear of the 'beasts' that drove them to these lengths. He didn't volunteer to become one of 'them' just to simply 'save' humanity, be a hero or do it out of self-satisfaction or whatever, but to simply fight and give meaning to his existance.
Whether his lack of memories is a blessing or a curse, it doesn't hold any importance to him. No matter what happened in his past, he has made no effort to recall anything, he simply doesn't care. Given his reluctance to speak at great lengths, some have questioned his claims of not remembering his pre-anima life and that he could possibly know more than he lets on. Nevertheless, with his appearance and the way he willingly throws himself into battle on the frontlines, especially the possessed look on his face during it, people tend to shy away from interacting with him. With his tall, imposing figure, his ability and the fact he's reluctant to speak, he was given the alias 'Titan', a nod to the estranger beast of the same name. Whether it was given to him out of insult or praise, Canaan never seemed to care about it. A name is a name and nothing more.

While we fade away from the bustling market where our benevolent giant resides, we spend what seems to be endless hours winding through the unfamiliar cobblestone streets. Slithering through the labyrinth of darkened streets and narrow passages until in this expansive city, we reach a place where the light rarely touches. There, beneath a fickle and flickering lamp, sitting upon her throne that marks her the queen of the underworld with a cunning and seductive smile is none other than I-Am-X. Calmly observing us with a yellowed iris beset upon harrowing black, her fanged grin only grows wider as her fingertip guides the rod that stirs a tall, thin glass of suspicious looking Red Wine. Here in the Dark, we exist temporarily in her Kingdom. A place where the unsavory sorts can find sanctuary, a black market, and often the tools of death, subtlety, and subterfuge.
Sliding her sultry fingertip upon the spine of a book, the tome seems almost alive as it shudders and props open to a blank, but weathered page. Dipping a sharpened fountain pen in ink, she takes her mark upon the leathery parchment after a sip of her Bloodied delicacy. Not a moment later for us, the innocent-minded folks living upon the streets above, she describes to us her next devilish machination.
