Why do you believe there is such a large correlation between an individual's attractiveness, their 'goodness' and their power?

Within Noblesse those who are both 'good' and powerful (or have the capacity - within the story - to obtain such status) are ALWAYS attractive individuals. On the other hand, those who are 'evil' are generally not attractive (with the notable exception of long running 'evil' characters such as Yuri) and are generally portrayed as being envious of the looks of others (Taze - Cerberus Captain), or else such slobs (Hammer - DA5) or freaks (Shark - DA5) that the idea of attractiveness is unthinkable.

The authors want they want their characters to be liked and appealling, and an easy way to achieve that is through the drawing style. How many mangas/manwhas have ugly main characters? Almost none. I can only think about Kubera right now, and even the main character is drawn with a "beauty filter". I think the reason is that the drawing style is what readers notice first.

Rodin was rather high on the handsome scale, IMO.

I think it's all subjective.

Although M-24's appearance did improve a bit after he decided to change sides.

A simple explanation would be that one's inner state is reflected by one's outer appearance. Like how in many RPGs if one takes the evil path one's appearance suffers and degrades, but if one is virtuous, then one looks clean and healthy.

Zarga and Urokai must have been super hot before they took the path of evil.
