well it's more of the "I don't have a friggin credit card" problem. I'd pay $5 anytime (in Rupiah, about...Rp66k. to consider, on average a manga in Jakarta goes at Rp150k due to our stupidly ridiculous import tax which makes almost all things non-electronic have inflated prices)
Just lookout for their campaigns? during christmas they gave out random mystery 30-90% off coupons and back during cyber monday they had Tokyo Ravens Volume 1 FREE and t he 2nd one 50% off.....

sorry to say but we are dropping this to support the author do to license, you can get full volume in english HQ for online in pdf format for only 5 bucks http://global.bookwalker.jp/list/?word=tokyo+ravens+ and they are caught up to the current volume we are at and actually will be releaseing volume 8 and 9 withing next month which i sfaster than we can can since musai is busy with rl work as i am
. I plan on buying it but dont know if I will upload it im sure someone will tho but i would reccomend not doing that buying it to show your support

So apparently other characters can't have their time to shine and get development? Harutora might as well be the only character in the story then. This isn't Mahouka dude. Go read that if you want a one man show instead of teamwork.
Events in chapter 28 is from episode 10.
The anime is 2 season worth episodes (24 episodes), so its gonna be a looonnnnggg time till manga catch up.
