Wait a minute.  As I understand it, amino acids are the components proteins are made of.  They're about as basic to life as RNA (which is to say, more basic than DNA).  So how the heck could there be big multicellular organisms "before amino acids"?

I see no reason trilobites couldn't have been tasty.

Not an expert by any means, but what you are saying makes sense. I would have to research into it to see where that possibly came from. Now, if I were to hypothesize, then I would say that it is possible that researchers manged to isolate and study a "part" of a preserved trilobite, much like they did with insects and other small organisms that were found in amber, except in this case, locked in stone. As unlikely as it would be, fossilized remains could have enough "stuff" to have somehow examined, and thus the lack of amino acids discovered. Of course, this is also under the assumption that proteins/amino acids could be preserved for such a long time in those conditions.

Most likely, this is a mistake by either the translator (not a translator, so no way I can determine this), or by the author. Most likely, the author.

The old flame has appeared!  Well, at least it looks like the MC isn't against relationships with rocks?

Wow, chapter 16 dropped a bombshell. I did not expect that twist.

You mean, that that rock was part of the Machari stratum, not the Moon Gok stratum, despite its deceptive appearance?  Yeah, that totally took me by surprise. ;)

I love it when you have a manga that can actually teach a bit of something that you wouldn't normally know. :D

Ch. 14 was so hilarious.

So how freaking long?!

Goddamn "cut away from the key information" fake tension-creation grumble gripe mumble . . .

I had assumed, given his personality, that he probably said he didn't want to know, and that the scene was just there to drive the point home. Not that I don't understand your pain.

Hmm, it flows nicely

Gotta follow that stratum hmm.

Great chapter. Can't wait for the next! :)

I still can't help but think that she looks like young Shiho (ZKC).

This looks like a pleasant story.

And holy shit, that was a surprising chapter on multiple levels.  I REALLY expected the guy to be the complete opposite type of character - not helpful!  Also, considering he was frozen, it seems to imply the MC is human, though tbh I call shenanigans.  There will be plot later.

Mountain Spirit, why you gotta troll us? "Oh no, can't let her become sexy..."
