Well something is bothering me with the translation, English is not my native language so I wouldn't know for sure but can we say: "Aren't I"? Is that proper English?
This is actually very good. It's like a romance but interesting.
So I just found out today that Kodansha have licenced this for Western release, already pre-ordered the first 2 volumes on Kindle from Amazon UK

so heartwarming and lovable....taiyou no ie is PERFECT
It's such an original and beautiful story, I loved it so much from the beginning 'till the end!!! I liked how Taamo had been able to perfectly tell the different points of view of each character! And the second-last extra chapter was so cute at the end, I loved how it ended, if there was their marriage I think I'd didn't like it so! (Sorry for my English, but I'm Italian (but I read the manga in English language 'cause of the chapter left in the Italian version))
Just read it all at once. There were times when I seriously wanted to yell at the magaka for her stupid stupid cliffhangers. Otherwise it was cute and emotional and all fuzzy and stuff.
Also darn spoiler tag doesn't seem to work so I'll keep my comment short.
Just finished re-read this manga from the start.
Have read 3-4 years ago, but only until chapter ten (or a little bit more, I forgot) since the series wasn't finished that time.
....and I'm completely loss at words to describe the story
Only my tears could answer how amazing this manga from the start until the end.
