That move he showed the family...I had the thought "Now that's how you get yourself a lady!" Lol

Seriously, this chapter and the last chapter: Relationship Goals!

And dammit, when he teared up I couldn't help but do the same: Friendship Goals!

Urg, the boy needs more confidence in himself! Someone to uplift him, tell him he matters. That he can be the victor at the end of the day. >___<

That and he needs to have someone beat the stuffing out of those bastards and put the fear in them of ever bothering the kid again.

Spoiler

This manhwa feels like one I'll want to reread a lot over my life.

I know, it's awesome.

I'm learning to play the guitar because of this webtoon. Even though I have no talent at all and am deaf in my right ear due to a keloid scar blocking almost all the ear canal.

Interesting characters, for now it seems like a very nice story... also, can I ship Chae Rok with the granddaughter? :D

Reading this made me feel ashamed.

My grandparents are old and I haven't talked to them in 10 years.

;_; Before it's too late I have to call them and see them again.

He already adopted him. He is his new grandpa now.

Yeah pour tea on that shitty son, pseudo-grandson knows whats up.

I like the way gramps got the calculation right in his head.  It's true--older people tend to be able to do that, younger people very often never got the habit.  I'm probably from the last generation that does--when I was a teen, calculators and such were just coming in.

Same here. I surprise people when I can tell people the percentage of time we have left in our work shift left, or add up the weights of the ingredients in our products without pulling out a calculator.

If this webtoon hurts the old man in any way just for drama, I am... not going to do anything about it because I guess that's just what happens in sports. But I will be very disappointed! Gramps doesn't have the privilege of bouncing back like a goddamn highschooler

I'm so glad I found this story. This grandpa manages to be both super cute and cool.

I love this webtoon. All the characters are so cute. I don't have one of my grandfathers but this is how he'd be if he was alive I think, based on what I've heard about him.
is it okay for me to be crying after every chapter ;-; the grandfather is really wise and while his family does seem to appreciate him, I really do hope for them to be able to put aside their image and just focus on supporting him in what he wants to pursue.

It just hit me with this episode that gramps is in his 70's...

Makes this more impressive.

I think the eldest son is really overreacting...
