this is so good. i loved all of the mangaka's other works as well... let's hope for frequent(ish) updates!
It seems the raws are up to chapter 48 or something, so I'm hoping that the year to come we'll be able to catch up to the raws which has 12 volumes.
Anyways, thanks for the hard work and we wish more form a great manga that is underrated.
Thanks for the continued work Iskultrip scans. I've got a lot of anime, manga, books, and light novels under my belt, but Katana is one of my greater pleasures. Please keep up the good work.

There is some romance with Hazuki Eri though it is underplayed more like friends who appreciate each other. Hazuki got jealous in chapter 4 so she changed her mind about flower arranging. This is a slow manga but it would be nice if there relationship became a bit more overt soon.
On some level its nice that each chapter a episodic and rarely requires having read the previous chapter recently to make sense since there is such a large gap between chapter releases. Though apparently there is only 4 volumes left and the manga is complete in japan.
Really good, it probably has more action than Natsume's... but Natsume has a more emotion, pyschological level to it. This is nice with the action, it's entertaining and doesn't seem to bore me.
Good manga overall.
