I think you're the only one. There's a few misteries still unsolved, but the plot is straightforward.
Eh, really? The only confusing thing was that guy that showed up at end. Everything else is pretty straightforward. I suggest re-reading the manga from the beginning if you lost due to the irregular of the releases.
This started off so well, now the plot is all over the place.
That was the mysterious secretary with the body of her ally spy, if you're talking about page 25.

Nope. Manga updates lists at least 4 more volumes and refers to it as ongoing. I think he's talking about update frequency. I've been following this for years and the releases tend to stop for long periods of time.
