Fate/stay night - SWORD DANCERS (Doujinshi)

Fate: It's suggested by Archer that Ilya will die soon, as her artificial homunculi lifespan will soon run out, and Shirou's regrets in not being able to somehow save her was what in part resulted in him eventually becoming the Archer we know, but that would happen well after the ending.

UBW: Ilya has her heart torn out by Gil, but Shirou survives in his own body just fine (mostly due to his opponents being complacent). It's implied that ultimately, his choices and path will still inevitably lead to him to the same regrets that results in him becoming Archer.

Heaven's Feel: Ilya doesn't have her heart torn out (Gil gets careless, and got himself consumed by Sakura's power quite early on). Shirou abandoned his path as an ally of justice, choosing to protect Sakura above all, and ultimately sacrifices himself to do so. But was saved by having his soul transplanted into a temporary body created by Ilya, until he's eventually given another body that resembles his original.

You might be thinking of the Shiro-ko character, which seems to be the result of Shirou's soul temporarily transplanted into Ilya's own body (instead of a separate temporary one created by her), loosely based on the Heaven's Feel ending.

The art is good, but the story is almost completely incoherent.

Partly right. In the end where Illya died (her heart was ripped out) and Shirou lost his body, Shirou's soul was put into Illya's body. Thus Archer-ko is the result of that combination (Shirou's soul in Illya's body). "Her" actions later on are quite different from Archer (from a different end where Shirou was fine), but still the same champion of justice. I honestly don't remember where I read this...

I don't have a clue of what this is about except that it is fate/stay night I still find it a great read though

Volume 1 was...okay, Volume 2 is badass as fuck...awesome story
