| Description: | Aoi Hana is a normal female high-school student, though she is extremely clumsy and thus tagged as good-for-nothing. But Hana wants to change herself and decides that finding a part time job would be taking the first step in that direction. Being an animal lover, Hana's job of dreams is encountering animals day-to-day and taking care of them - the zoo sounds like the perfect place for that. So when she happens to see a job offer from a local animal park it's settled she'll attend a job interview. When Hana arrives at the zoo everything seems just fine. The "Oumagadoki Zoo" might be going south but altogether it's your regular animal park. Just a very normal zoo, one might think. But that is only until Hana gets to meet the zoo director... |

Super late reply but this manga does address this but it's more of the convenience of the plot, the main cast follows shonen troupes very much. The owner is just incompetent due to his immaturity.
I loved my hero academia, but i'm not reading his. The only reason being, a zoo is not a place to care for animals but to make a profit by showcasing various exotic animals.
Was expecting a revelation about who turning them into animals but nice epilogue regardless.
I wish we have actually one more arc where Director, Isana and bear guy team up together to kick the boss villain. Those three interaction would be priceless.
Ah well at least the author seems quite likes this series. I mean even Uwabami appears in BnHA as more than just a cameo.
If you mean hero academy, then i must disagree, I believe characters in said manga are far better than the ones in this.

It had its moments, but it never went anywhere. Shame too, I really liked the character designs. A lot more fitting than the artist's next work.
You know, although it was cut short, this was fun and satisfying to read.

And now he has a way to expand MHA universe make the Lord Of Curses a villain there and merge the stories making something like an Oumagadoki arc!
If the clue Gran Torino gave him, is what I'm thinking it is... Shiina's way of thinking might do wonders for Midoriya... since he reminds me of Hana in some ways... That stomp is like a good character development, given all the dojikkos out there...

It really is the best ending it could have been. Nice work, Horikoshi! Oumaga will be in our hearts forever!

For an axed manga, the ending isn't so bad. You can tell there are some plot that the author still wants to do but it got cut short but overall I don't feel bitter about it.
That last page kinda made up for it honestly.

Also neat little note that the bird guy is the first animal he changed and his first friend. Interesting.
Yeah I saw it some days ago when I was re-reading the manga, I was like ''omg that's Toytoy!''.
Toytoy also makes an appearance in Chapter 36: Bakugou vs Uraraka pg. 10 panel 4 and pg 11 panel 3. She even has a line and everything lol

The 2nd in command seems to be the most classy one while the leader is just straight up jerk ass.
They already have! If you look very closely, you can spot Hana and Kikuchi in a crowd shot of the first chapter!
If it's true this series is ending I hope Hana or any of the Oumagadoki Zoo get cameos in Boku no Hero Academia!
I can assure you the ending is a satisfying one! Some tears may even be jerked!
