I think he meant the age gap of the younger male/older female trope. It isn't unheard of but it's pretty uncommon for it to be that large. Usually stays within the 1-2 year different, with a couple where the male lead is in middle school.
And yet manga updates lists 3030 manga titles featuring stepsiblings with 1544 of those including stepsibling love.
