It felt kind of rushed and forced, but okay... The only thing is: their father (or Ai's father for that matter) was an asshole. He KNEW they weren't siblings and that Yuzuru was in love but chose to only reveal when Yuzuru were in a breaking point + in the strike of luck of him finding out about his true parents. What a jackass. Not to say he died suddenly, why the hell did he left a letter in the States? It doesn't even make sense.

 I wish the author did a spin-off manga about Yuzuru parents, that was indeed interesting. I hate it when mangas go to the 'non-related route', but what can I say, not every author has the guts.

Anyway, that was a sweet story. I liked it overall.

Chapter 21 and 22 were just great. I was so happy... until that ending. How unlucky can they be? Unbelievable.

I think that it's quite normal for people to feel uncomfortable reading incest stories and to not accept them or at least find it very hard to accept them. Even I have been reading this only because I have been waiting for the revelation of the "Omg! They're not actually related! I'm so shocked. Now their love's not completely doomed."

In all honesty, I don't know if I had kept reading this if it had been made clear from the start that they're really blood related, maybe, maybe not, I don't know, I've never read an actual incest manga.

But the thing is that because this manga has from the get-go kept their backstory quite hazy and because of that, at least for me, it was quite obvious that they're not real blood relatives and the hope of that being revealed was the only reason why I continued reading this. Honestly, I have seen it so many times that at this point I know when it's going to happen, which is why I'm not really that nervous about to keep reading these stories onwards. Btw, I have read the ending spoilers. Not really a shocker.

indeed,they went for the usual "it turns out they are not related,so it's okay for them to be together" really tired cop out to avoid controversy.Yuzuru's biological parents died in an accident,and Ai's father,who was a friend of the couple,adopted him.The thing is:Yuzuru's biological parents were siblings in an incestuous relationship,which makes him an inbred child and nobody wanted to take care of him after his parents died for being the child of an incestuous couple,and Ai's father was the only one who accepted him...For that,I forgive this manga a bit for the usual cop out with the main couple.Oh,and Ai's father knew all along that Yuzuru was in love with her,which is why he acted as if he had never suspected unlike his wife did:because he actually knew and accepted the relationship because he knew they weren't biological siblings anyway,and left a letter before he died to all explain all of this...
