tfw a joke alternate ending in a omake is actually much better than the real ending

Also I just re-read the comabt scene with athena. It always makes me cry. I wouldn't say hayate is a good series but the athena arc really gets me. Of all things why hasn't it been animated yet after all the foreshadowing in the anime?
