oh i glad hear that news, when i first read beelzebub this manga really look like crow n GTO, so after i hear beelzebub will have spin off i though it will be saotome early life (i must say i really want see this one)

The difference though, is that the GTO Prequel is still about Onizuka, the MC.  Saotome is a minor character.  I'm sorry but I don't think Saotome will be part of the spin-off in any way.

 

A couple of advertisements have confirmed the spin-off is more like a continuation than a prequel.  First story is about Beel going to kindergarten and aiming to get 100 friends.  There's a second story takes place after the final battle about a certain character making huge strides towards change.  I don't know about you, but that sounds an awful lot like Furuichi

empty wishes... it wouldn't be a shonen at all if it had happened... well... is obvious oga's pretty much hilda's property "in various ways" but not even hinting to it is quite a big mistake... but then again... the japo dweebs love this kind of stuff... since they hate when "their waifus" are taken from them... is quite pathetic but mangaka don't target the warudo's audience... they only aim for the local dweebs. that is why 90% of the stories out there never have a decent end. mangakas don't want to be hated.

I haven't felt this ripped off since YuYu Hakusho!!!

Well, that was a horrendously obvious teaser chapter. It didn't really end anything just showed off the new, upgraded, post-timeskip versions of people ready for the new spin-off thing.

Don't get me wrong I'm all for more Beelzebub, but this closer did feel a little cheap.

Last year the top 5 selling manga are One Piece, Shingeki no Kyojin, Kuroko no Basuke, Magi then Naruto. The most selling harem are To Love Ru Darkness and Nisekoi, both at 29th and 30th respectively. Both sold more than 1,5m copies which is already quite good in Japan. 

The latest tankobon of Beelzebub, 25th, just sold around 151, 726 copies even after 3 week of release so....
