1. 55kg isn't fat for 160 and her breast size. She looks healthy (strike zone).
2. Given her age. She wouldn't even need to do sports. Just stick to countign calories.
3. Dieting heavily is unhealthy. Better to just change eating habits.
4. Man ... i asked someone from the gym. How much would you think that anime character would weight, she's 160 cm. He went "whoa cute. Which Manga is that from?". Then we checked out some of the female gym goers ... and looked at the weight records of an few 160cm~ ones. Yup, 55kg isn't fat. Most of them where on the barely not underweight catorigorie. ONLY cause muscle mass weights more then fat mass ... is that they looked a bit to slim often. (and there where many different types ....)
Note ... i clearly am not going to the gym. Just to oogle at good looking woman in spats ... clearly not. I do workout ... close to the running devices~
