Ah, civil resolution without violence. Admirable. Also I still like my pitchfork, for educational purposes this desision is better.
Also you'd think church would send problem cadre to some backwater monastery so that problems like this won't happen again.
Secondly, controlling "insert random blurb here" posts is about as difficult as herding cats. Possible, but takes an extreme amount of time, patience and effort. I mean, honestly, 18+ websites simply have two buttons "yes," "no" while it is entirely possible to have some form of proof requirement. Even Steam only requires you to "enter your date of birth." The warning here for mature? Completely skippable red box of warning text. For rules for posting? A check box next to a link to the rules (that I only recently discovered IS a link...)
While applying for various jobs I learned that an "electronic signature" is basically typing your name (or some other such identifying information.) Srsly there is a way to force people to type out the rules, capture that, and use it as acknowledgement (or do the "prove you are human" things that some websites do...)
Please spoiler tag me. Doing so on a smartphone is exceedingly difficult.

I don't know, the last chapter was lacking something.
I 100% support the guy pissed off by the whole "Well, her parents were killed by demons so it's fair for her to be racist." argument and the head priest pulling that card deserves everything that's coming to him. On the subject of so-called abuse of authority:
Demanding preferrential treatment for his little girl, threatening to make the head priest's life hell through abuse of one's authority is a threat. Threatening a perfectly legitimated lawsuit if an amiable settlement isn't reached is not.

Not really a threat, so much as a choice was offered. "Fix yourselves or I'll find somebody higher ranking and less nice to fix your gross negligence."
There was no blood in the gutters; so it was peaceful.
