Anti-hero level over 9000! Imagine this get an anime adaptation. 

That moment when the most enjoyable part of the chapter was the credits page.

So is it just me or is this basically wish fulfilment in the vein of RE:Monster and some others. Were the protagonist turns absurdly powerful (basically invincible) and then starts amassing a harem while running circles around everyone else and everything they do is okay, cause reasons (either relativism or at least being honest and not pretending that anything but what they want matters.).

For the first one, the hero, it was interessting, complex, well used. A true "corruption".
Now, last chapter the mage was still fighting and hold it quite well, and then... for no reason : "fuck it, i'll be a mindless slave, that's the best way to progress in life"

I don't, just add a big MAYBE in front of what I said, the guy doesn't understand that what he likes isn't what other people (the Japanese in this case) like at the moment, but if we wait 10 years a new wave of youngsters will be able to dictate the Japanese market by buying/not buying and maybe by then he and others will get what they want.

If nothing interesting happens in next couple of chapters i will just drop it because it is getting boring .

What happened to Japan? Quality-wise their entertainment products (and electronics, and probably everything in general) are vastly declining in the last few years in my opinion. Animes and mangas are mostly about stupid things nowadays, and only few of them tried to actually tell a decent story. Same thing happened to japanese video games, only From Software, Square Enix, and Kojima tried. The rest are busy making weeb shits that look like things from 10 years ago, while western devs are busy making things with DX12 and probably Vulkan too. At this rate they will be enslaved by the Americans, Chinese, or Korean in few years.

From the first chapter I hoped that this would be more story-based, but I've gotten past that. It's a fun comedy so even if there's not enough story content and the porn is weak, it can be enjoyed for what it is.

It's like people expected a deep story from something tagged "smut." It's smut, guys. It's always been smut. The story and setting are just a bonus.

And lol at people complaining that the maou is doing mean things to people who wanted to kill him. "Maou" is right there in the title. It's not like anyone could name a single thing he's done for the evil lulz, either.

I enjoy the moments in between the NTR when the author draws them without much detail and entertaining dialog.

The off-beat, don't-take-itself-seriously moments are definitely more entertaining than the actual story itself.

Well I mean, this technically isn't NTR either, it's netori. Which is kinda why I think it's hilarious to see all these people all "oh man, I'm so cool and used to NTR, that I think this is fine." Guys, this ain't NTR and you aren't some edgy "jaded" cool dudes or whatever. It's netori, which is like NTR but for people who can't stand to see girls taken from the protagonist. Now personally, I think that people who like TRUE NTR are a bunch of cucks, but what do I know.

It's all a matter of perspective. I hate when people jump in with "It's netori!" just as much as I hate when people misuse netorare. It's true, what the protagonist is doing is netori, however the poor hero strapped to the chair has a bad case of netorare right now. There's nothing about either of those two words that says their usage must be in line with who the protagonist is, because they're just two Japanese words describing something specific happening from two different angles. Just like there's the 'perpetrator' and the 'victim'. If the protagonist is the perpetrator, that doesn't suddenly make the guy being victimized any less the 'victim'

I mean I'm not going to pretend I don't get what you're trying to imply -- thematically, since we have the primary perspective of the protagonist, describing it as netorare is weird -- sure. Though any time I speak in a discussion regarding something like this and mention netorare, I'm using the perspective of the victim, regardless of who it is. 

As if the countless harem and gamer-falls-into-fantasy-world manga are any better. As depraved as it is, it's still entertaining. He's just doing what it takes to make an impenetrable sex dungeon.
