Just read through the whole thing in a few days, and I gotta say I'm surprised I liked it so much! I usually avoid sports manga b/c many tend to follow a predictable pattern (MC shows interest in sport, starts off, shows promise, encounters difficulty, learns a new move, lather, rinse, repeat), but this one has good pacing, and although it more or less follows that pattern, it does so in a way that doesn't feel stale or boring. I don't really like how most females (3 out of 5) so far have been the angry-yelling-type-that-men-still-somehow*coughbeautifulcough*-fall-for, but that's a minor grievance. Love the series, and thanks for the scans!

Experiencing the results of bad tactics in a match is for fools; the job of the coach is to make their fighter a wise man who learns from the mistakes of others, not from his own mistakes. You want him to experience what happens if he does something unsound, let him experience it during sparring, not in a real match. Sheesh. Macho nonsense.
Mind you, it does seem like something the boss might do. I just wish he wouldn't.
