this manga makes my brain hurt. I know this is only a manga, but i don't think i have ever read anything with a dumber premise in my life. It's almost as if the author read every book on biology and proper protocol and was afraid of plagiarizing when he started writing this. However, i will still read this. I want to see how the hell this manga lasted 5 volumes, as someone else mentioned. I may just be wishing, but maybe there is a reason for all this that has more to do with the plot (some person/groups master plan or something) than the author just dropping the ball.

Also, all the animal people seem to have strong affection for the pure human. By any chance did they only use animals that had been domesticated by humans when splicing? Feels like to only use domesticated animals would mean the lead scientists had some motive to subjugate the new anthro's.
