My bad. I got Akatasuki no Goei mixed up with Koitate... well, it's the same bodyguard stuff. Thank you for your correction. =D
I believe it is Otoboku, but the picture gives me too little information (no distinguishable hairstyle, color or school uniform), and I'm not sure if this spin-off is faithfully following the LN.
Akatasuki no Goei doesn't mention crossdressing on VNDB (if it does, it's hidden as a spoiler, and hence wouldn't be mentioned here), so it's OtoBoku

It's cute and funny....... I personally don't ask for complex, ground-breaking plot/story-lines when it's cute and funny
It's more exotic than a simple childhood friend, but less foreign than the foreign ojou type, so I guess it's got a nice mix of both.
