| Description: | The overwhelming victory against the 'Bog' has been like a dream. Itou Kaiji, now free of debt but without a penny is leeching himself in Mr.Sakazaki's new house, despite all the flirtings (extreme torment for Kaiji) from Sakazaki's daughter, Mikoko. I really don't see Kaiji losing this one or it even going to a draw, if only because that would be the end of the series right there and then if he lost.
Of course he is going to lose horribly anyway.
Is that an Apple reference ?
Also, does anyone else find Kaiji moe?
- I don't understand jack shit about mahjong, and I'm not interested enough to make the effort to learn the basics of that game
- I fully reckon the drawings are CRAPPY like hell, full of flaws, and, in a way that's worse, of unplanned imperfections (at least, the number of frontal teeth is a deliberate style)
And yet, I simply LOVE this manga, the storyline, the suspense, the thrills, the exhileration or pitfalls of despair the hero is going through...
It's not logical, isn't it ? ^^

- sorry for the typos, I was typing very fast, I was extremely excited to have figured it out
- I call these moments "Nero Burning Rom moments", in memory of an incredibly humiliating moment, in my twenties, when I suddenly blasted, in a geeks reunion "hey, wait, omg, look at that icon, Nero is named after the burning Roman Colyseum !!!" and they all had extremely embarrassed faces at the fact I took years to realize it
These moments when I'm stating the obvious that I should have seen coming from a long time... Nero Burning Rom moments, yeah, it fits
HOLY FUCKING COW, I THINK I GOT THE GIST OF IT !
