No, the manga title is also using へ (thus Cahe) instead of the more common フェ in Cafe BECAUSE of her unable to pronounce the latter.

actually that's their Clubs name while the manga title is supposed to be "Cafe Detective Club" I believe but the hiragana title does say cahe while english is cafe, hmm?

I was referring to the characters in cahe detective club, not the ones in Airantou. But I can see why u got confused, I forgot to quote
in the previous post.
nope machi is the older sister and ayane the young sister in that chapter ikuto and her sister say that they got 2 relatives that are just like ayane and machi but ayane there is older than the machi there but the ones at airantou are machi= older one, ayane = young one
Yes, Machi is the little sister. It was also mentioned in the author's other work "Nagasarete Airantou"
