I don't know if that's a heaven or hell.
But definitely hell for his wallet.
Several corrections on translation mistakes in ch 02 and 03.
substance over style, and speed over substance -- a cleaner version of ch 04 and 05 might be updated some time next week.
Spell check, corrections and suggestions are always welcomed.
